Overview
Returns an xml list of the bounced email addresses for either the specified SendID or the date range
 
Parameters

Classification legend :
2 = Mailbox Full
3 = Domain Unknown
4 = User Unknown
5 = Spamtrapped
6 = Other - Soft Bounce
